For residential cleanings We typically charge between 240$-700$ for the INITIAL clean (first clean) & then between $140/ 300$ per Cleaning every two weeks. Once a month cleanings will increase 20% from the every other week price. Our prices listed on thumbtack are at a starting price, pricing can range based on scope of work,and square footage.
